New character, Hana Kurusu, showed up in Jujutsu Kaisen Ch.145. She is the sorcerer from 1000 years ago who calls herself “Angel”.

She looks adorable, just like an angel.
But she has a lot in common with Gojo.

Which means she’s related to Gojo!
Historical connection between “Gojo” and “Angel”!!
This shrine was built in the Heian period, the Golden Age of Jujutsu.
And when this was built, it was called by another name.
“天使社 (Angel Shrine)”
After a while, they changed the name to “五条天神社 (Gojo Tenjin Shrine)”…

Kurusu is a branch of Sugawara Clan
One of the origins of “Kurusu” is the Sugawara clan.
And one family emblem is used by the Sugawara branch of the Kurusu clan.
So Kurusu has a connection to the Sugawara!!
By the way, Sugawara means Sugawara no Michizane.
That’s one of the Big Three Vengeful Spirits.
Gojo is his descendant.
He explains it in Ch,4 of volume 0.

So Kurusu and Gojo can be relatives…
Hana Kurusu looks similar to Gojo.
Look at their faces.
They look so similar, don’t you think?

The more you see, the more they look alike.
There must be a blood connection between them!!
For these reasons, I think they are related.
